I am an autoimmune warrior and Holistic Health Coach from Paris, France.
Keeping a journal has been helping me tremendously with my own natural healing process. So I wanted to give you the tools and tips that I’ve been using myself. I have put together a list of possible health victories that you might be able to check along the way. It is so satisfying to be able to check some boxes.
This journal includes a list of steps you might want to take in order to achieve better health. You will also find all kinds of trackers like a medication tracker or a food tracker to help you keep track of what you are taking. And a symptoms tracker if you would to keep track of your symptoms. I've also included some personal development spreadsheets like a vision board or self love journey and weekly gratitude. Because a natural healing journey is not only about what's in your plate.
